Beta Technologies is seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator to support the Supplier Quality team in partnering with members of the Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues with supplied components.  

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Collaborating with supplier quality engineers, receiving inspection, and Quality control to insure issues are being actioned
  • Schedule Beta Source inspections with supplier quality engineers and suppliers
  • Assist in preparing Part reviews with FAA/DARs to perform FAA conformities.  Planning rooms and timing of inspections and ensuring all resources are ready FAA visits.
  • Assist in problem resolution between Beta team members and Supplier quality team. 
  • Assist in the creation/establishment of KPIs towards supplier rating system. 
  • Schedule Supplier Audits and track progress of audit findings.
  • Tracking receiving inspection problems.
  • Track status of FAIs from Suppliers and insure they are completed.
  • Track supplier corrective action requests and assist in reviewing responses and closure once completed
  • Minimum Qualifications we are seeking:

  • Two or four year degree in Business management or Engineering
  • Minimum of three-five years of industry experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company that is certified to ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; bias for action; good analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Detail oriented individual with experience with documentation review.
  • Ability to create and run reports for identified metrics and sharing status of metrics with teams
  • Experience using an online ERP system and Microsoft Office or Google word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation apps
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification is a plus, as is Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:

  • Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action investigations; First Article inspections and FAA conformity inspections.
  • Collaborating across departments in a fast paced work environment.
