For information on our collection of geolocation data, see the “Information we collect automatically” section.
Collection of Personal Information
Information you provide. We, and our vendors, may obtain information that you provide directly to us though the App. For example, when you register an account on the App or make purchases through the App. This information may include personal information, which is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name, billing address, email address, phone number, or payment information.
Information we collect automatically. In addition to information that you choose to submit through the App, we, and our vendors, may use tracking technologies that automatically or passively collect certain information when you interact with the App. This usage information may include the type of device you are using, your IP address, device ID or other unique identifier, geolocation data, and crash analytics.
The App may provide personalized information such as location-relevant content based on data we collect about you on the App. We may use GPS (global positioning systems) software, geo-filtering, and other location-aware technologies to locate you, sometimes precisely, for purposes such as verifying your location and delivering or restricting content based on your location. For example, the App may access and use information about your device location to suggest the nearest charging station. You may use your device settings to change your geolocation preferences.
We may combine certain automatically-collected information with other information we obtain about you, which may include data we obtain from third parties.
We or third parties, including our vendors, may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different online services when you use the App.
Depending on your device or App permission settings, the App may have access to the following information from your device:
1) Location (may include precise or approximate location)
2) Camera (may allow the App to take pictures and videos)
3) Other information (for example, the App may be able to receive data from the Internet, pair with Bluetooth devices and access Bluetooth settings, change your audio settings, view your network connections, obtain full network access, and run at startup)
These App permission settings allow you to access or use certain features within the App. For example, in order to locate the nearest charging station to you, the App may need access to the location of your device. Changing your App permission settings may affect your ability to access or use certain features on the App.
Additionally, you may be able to log into the App using your device’s login features such as using a passcode or your fingerprint. These device login features are facilitated through your device, not BETA; we do not control these features, which you can change by accessing your device settings and preferences.
Use of Information
We may use personal information we collect through the App to:
• Improve the App and for any other internal business purposes;
• Allow you to participate in the features we offer to you via the App;
• Respond to your requests;
• Process your transactions;
• Contact users for research and informational purposes;
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities of visitors and users of the App; or
• For any other purpose, with your consent.
We will store your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the performance of our obligations or to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected, or as may be permitted under applicable law.
Sharing of Personal Information
We may share your information, including your personal information, with affiliates, business partners, and vendors. For example, we may use service providers to help us operate our business and the App or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending emails and providing customer service. Information, including personal information, may also be shared:
• As permitted by law;
• In the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business assets (e.g., further to a merger, reorganization, liquidation, or any other business transaction, including negotiations of such transactions);

• To enforce our policies or to protect legal rights, property, or safety.
