We are currently seeking a Team Member to join our team with experience in Talent Acquisition to source, select and hire for our our rapidly growing organization. This position requires the skillset and drive to identify, attract, and assess top talent while also effectively sharing our unique company culture, mission, and commitment to the planet.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be ready to organize and coordinate our efforts relating to all talent acquisition efforts from entry level roles to technical roles.
  • Sourcing, sourcing, sourcing, sourcing. If you do not like sourcing candidates, this is not the role for you. You need to be passionate about finding the right people, the right role to support our mission.
  • Partner with team leads to assess their talent requirements to develop target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and assessment plans that match their needs
  • Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings.
  • Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
  • Conduct thorough screenings of candidates to assess both technical aptitudes, culture fit, and skills to be successful in an innovative and growing company.
  • Partner with outside agencies to support future growth for BETA
  • Consistently represent BETA culture and what makes us stand out from the competition
  • Continuously update applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintains a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure Recruiting Cycle/process is efficient, candidate friendly, and effective
