A Process Assurance Engineer will support the Airworthiness, Systems and Supply Chain teams in:
- Process Assurance - Internal System Process Audits (ARP4754A)
- Supplier Oversight - Supplier Process Audits for System Development
- Process Development & Maintenance
- Audit support & record creation


How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Engage early and often with each System and team members to perform in process checks through the development Lifecycle.
  • Perform internal audits for each system in accordance with BETA System Process Assurance Plan and Process.
  • Perform supplier audits for systems that have development work being performed outside of BETA, in accordance with the BETA System Supplier Oversight Process.
  • Generate and maintain Audit records
  • Follow up on actions for any finding to track incorporation by the systems team.
  • Contribute to updates and maintenance of BETA system process documentation.
  • Support process assurance activities for Software and Airborne Electronic Hardware. 
  • Minimum Qualifications we are seeking:

  • Four-year degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working Process or Quality Assurance for Systems, Hardware or Software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; bias for action; good analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Experience using ALM tools (Application Lifecycle Management) 
  • Experience with ARP4754 and ARP4761

  • Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:

  • Experience with DO-178C and DO-254 process assurance.
  • Experience in developing new process
