Luciano Serra de Queiroz

Luciano has 20 years of experience in aircraft certification, in many different countries and many different authorities (FAA, TCCA, EASA, ANAC, JCAB, FATA, CASA) you name it! He is originally from Brazil and of course, can do a great barbecue and play some bossa-nova on the guitar, but is not a big samba dancer and has zero soccer skills.
