College Internship Program

BETA’s Summer Internship program has established a strong pipeline for our future workforce. Since 2021, we’ve welcomed 51 interns into full-time roles, cultivating a diverse applicant pool from which to select. Our internships span across the company, welcoming individuals from various backgrounds and skill sets. Applicants pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in related fields from accredited universities are encouraged to apply. Previous internships or experience in fast-paced industries such as electric vehicles, aircraft, rotorcraft, or other relevant fields focused on development, design, or certification are highly valued.

Career Technical Education Centers

For high schoolers interested in building valuable hands-on skills to boost your career readiness…check out your local CTE! Vermont has 17 across the state! For Chittenden County students check out the program offerings at Burlington Technical Center (BTC) and Center for Technology Essex (CTE). BETA connects regularly with these programs and values the skills students develop. Here are some programs we would like to highlight: CTE’s Engineering & Architectural Design program (fun fact: Kyle Clark is an alum!) and our soon-to-be neighbors, Burlington Technical Center, offers some great programming with Aviation & Aerospace and Design, Engineering & Fabrication (they are working on building a fully functional electric vehicle!)

Vermont’s CTEs are not just for students- valuable adult learning programs are offered regularly at many of the CTEs in Vermont!
